🎄Christmas at Lennox Lodge 🎄
Our lovely residents enjoyed exchanging gifts, drinking sherry and eating a delicious Christmas dinner at beautifully dressed dining tables. 🥰

The staff and residents had a lovely day today listening to Steve singing Christmas songs, drinking bucks fizz, and eating party food. 🎤🥂

We have had a very busy few days here at the Lodge. Last week some of us went Christmas shopping, enjoyed a lovely Christmas meal at the rose and crown pub, played Christmas bingo, and the elves have been busy wrapping lots of presents for Father Christmas! 🎅🏼

The film club was a great success on Friday! The residents enjoyed 'The Nativity' with slushies, hot dogs and popcorn. They especially enjoyed hot dogs. 😋

'The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear!' 🎅🏼
The residents thoroughly enjoyed listening to Christmas carols being sung by some pupils from Glenleigh Park Academy on Monday. The children did a wonderful job of making us all smile and sing along with them! 🎶
On Wednesday a couple of residents went Christmas shopping with Katie and Natasha, and they warmed themselves up with a coffee from Costa. ☕
This afternoon we tried lots of different cheeses, alongside some delicious mulled wine. This was a massive hit with the residents! 😋

“What happened then, well on Whoville they say, that the grinch’s small heart grew three sizes that day”.. Our residents thoroughly enjoyed film club this afternoon. The grinch, popcorn, hot chocolate, marshmallows and whipped cream.. name something more wholesome on a cold afternoon 🥰

The festivities are well underway for us here at Lennox! 🎅🏼
Last week we enjoyed listening to the lovely Abba Honeyz singing Christmas songs and we especially loved their version of 'tale as old as time'. ❤️
This week we have started December with a Christmas quiz, and have begun making our Christmas cards for relatives. 🥰
Our naughty elf has also been up to a little mischief at the lodge! 😜

Reg and Bec enjoyed their little trip to Earl's this morning for a coffee and cake. Reg also loved singing along to Christmas songs in the car in preparation for Christmas decorating next week! 🌲

Last week, our residents rolled up their sleeves for a pizza making afternoon and of course they had to taste test all of the ingredients first! The residents then enjoyed their tasty creations for their supper😆😋💚
