I joined Slimming World, because I wanted to be able to be fit enough to enjoy my retirement and old age, not struggle with getting around because of excess weight! To enjoy walking and swimming and my grandchildren! Slimming Worlds regime , didn’t make me feel I had to give up my favourite foods etc! Nothing is banned, and that spurred me on! IT WORKED! a thankyou Slimming World! X Mary
