Wow, this is a beautiful bundle of the most lovely skin products. Organic, great for all skin types, sensitive and they feel really luxurious. A great way to feel like you’re really investing in yourself.

This basically includes my whole skincare routine:
Nourishing Smoothing cleanser followed by
Hydrating Morning mist toner then
Hydrating Rainforest dew serum, and
Nourishing Skin feast moisturiser finishing with
Dewy Sun day 50+ broad spectrum

Radiance Skin dream is the moisturiser I use at night

The hydrogel eye masks are lovely and can stay on while you’re busy doing other stuff

The Feel fresh deodorant is the one item I’d like to add to ensure I’m using a product that’s not going to mess with my hormones 💚

“I can do this”. Yes you can!

I met with such a lovely group of mums and babies today These mums are smashing it. Not because they’ve got it all figured out, who has?! But because they are having open honest conversations with each other. Being vulnerable and open with people is scary, but so often being listened to is the most powerful support we can receive. As one mum said at the end of today, ‘I feel so much lighter!’

Supporting each other’s mental health isn’t so much about fixing problems, finding the answers to challenges, or giving ‘advice’, but more about hearing, acknowledging, and championing each other x

Hey, I’m Hannah, founder of Serving Hands.

I’m a wife, mum to my girl and two boys, and here to support you.

At the moment I’m into walking in the fresh air and doing my own amateur form of yoga poses, squeezed between being my kids’ chauffeur (which I don’t mind too much) and chef (which I do mind a lot!)

Chocolate is my favourite and spiders are my worst!

Supporting you, I love what I do most when you feel safe to open up to me about what’s going on for you, when I am listening to you, and when I see that after our time together you feel a release and have been able to reconnect with yourself a little bit more.

This lovely lady has had 2 caesareans, the last one just over 6 months ago.

After a therapy session working all around her abdomen, hips and around and on her scar these were the results.

Lift from the scar line and less congestion above the scar and around the abdomen, plus a notable change in her profile. By the end of the treatment, fibrotic tissue above and around her scar felt softer and looser.

We are looking forward to the next session!
