Registered and regulated by CQC the home provides residential dementia care services. Parkview care home is a well established in the area and supported by the local Bexley community. The care home offers a variety of lounges and dining areas over two floors with tastefully decorated rooms and bright and cheerful furnishings. Many of the single rooms at Parkview benefit from en-suite facilities all have been individually decorated to provide comfort and relaxation. Parkview care home is very proud of the meals they serve, with the Cook preparing fresh meals though out the day that are nutritious and varied, catering for all dietary and cultural needs. Activities are very important and Parkview care home residents are often out and about engaging with the local community. The staff team receive on-going regular training ensuring the staff remain focused on the holistic needs of each resident using a person-centred approach.

On Monday evening we welcomed Girlguiding 2nd Barnehurst Brownies to our home and they sang some beautiful carols, handed out hand made puppets and donated treats and craft activities for all our residents, the girls were very sweet and chatted with people as they sang in each unit, it was a fantastic event and very much beloved by all at Parkview, thank you and well done girls 😁🎄🎶😊🥳🧑‍🎄🎄🎶🎅🎁🎊

"Oh Yeah" she said as she ticked off the first numbers on her bingo card. More "Oh Yeah"s followed, getting louder and louder, until the final "OH YEAH HOUSE" let us know that Catherine had won this month's Community Bingo session.
Many thanks to Wetherspoons' Wrong Un pub for hosting our monthly pub lunch and bingo; we had a great lunch and a fantastic time... and a big shout out to the Wrong Un's Ben for all the fantastic charity work he does raising money in our community.

Yesterday The redeemed Christian church of God came to visit us to sing carols and donate a basket of goodies for our residents, the treats were distributed to each unit and our residents enjoyed singing along to the festive tunes, a big thank you to the church and our lovely visitors.😊😁
