Each day in December, pop one item into a basket 🧺
If you felt tempted by food or drink that day, add that item instead 🍾
If it was an easier day with no temptations, add a toiletry 🧴

If you’re local to me, you’re very welcome to bring your items to me, I’ll have a box ready for collection 📮

If you’d like to take part, I’d love to have you involved 💕

When it gets to the week before Christmas I’ll be donating whatever we’ve collected and will donate to the local food bank 🥧

Daisie Jenson!!!! I mean words can not express what this means to me & Daisie 💛 She really is a true Transformation of the year!! After hiding behind a desk for years to travelling across the country training hundreds of people. As well as the complete change in her mental health & anxiety alongside a new found love for exercise 🏃🏼‍♀️
