đź’« The 4-4-6 Breath đź’«
1. Close your eyes and rest your hands over your heart.
2. Inhale gently through your nose for 4 counts - breathe in calm.
3. Hold that breath for 4 counts - let stillness settle within you.
4. Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 counts - release what no longer serves you.
5. Repeat for a minute, allowing your body to soften and your mind to quieten.
