We’re bringing our chiropractors and sports therapists to Heyford for a morning of free 15-minute assessments.

If you’re currently in pain, feeling stiff, struggling with range of motion, or simply want to get back to doing what you love — this is a great chance to get checked and ask questions.

Our FREE Lower Limb Neuropathy Workshop is taking place this Saturday (21st March) and we now only have 5 seats remaining.

This workshop is designed for anyone experiencing:

• Burning in the feet
• Tingling or pins & needles
• Numbness in the toes or legs
• Sharp nerve pain
• Balance problems when walking

During the workshop we’ll explain:

Your body goes through a lot during pregnancy and childbirth — especially your pelvis. 🤍

During pregnancy, hormones like relaxin help loosen the ligaments around the pelvis so the body can prepare for birth. After delivery, it can take time for those structures to regain stability.

I am a fully Qualified McTimoney Chiropractor. McTimoney chiropractic is a gentle approach to chiropractic, offering a whole body approach.

I also offer Sports and Remedial massage, Swedish massage and Indian Head massage.

I have been working in the Back in Line Complementary Therapy Centre since 2016 alongside many other therapists. Back in Line is a multidisciplinary clinic so there is lots to offer!
