Day 8:
Elfie has decided to start the week off improving his sitting balance. Elfies tummy muscles could do with some strengthening as he has very low trunk tone (hypotonia), and so he finds it tricky to stabilise himself in any antigravity position. He has taken inspo from our little hero Miles who has been working hard on his sitting balance too. Well done boys!!! 🤩💪

Day 4:
Taking inspo from Georgia demonstrating some lovely high kneeling- weight bearing for hip strength, shoulder strength, stability and engaging that core. Sounds right up little elf’s street.
Although he was a little disappointed he didn’t get to go on his travels to see the school- maybe next time 😏
