Today is a 222 mercy’s treatment day. Seems to be the choice of the day.

What is a 222 treatment?
This is a Duo treatment- a mixture of any two therapies of your choice ( massage, reiki, reflexology, crystal healing,sound therapy).

Today has been full of Mercys 222 Reiki -massage treatment.

What is reiki massage?
A combination of massage infused we reiki.

During this session you receive a massage covering the back of the body -predominately the back, shoulders, head and face. This massage is infused with the powerful yet soothing reiki rays 💫 after your tension is melted away you will lie peacfully as Helen works to infuse your body with reiki.
The session includes a gentle Meditation and is infused with mercy’s oil of your choice and a hint of sound healing.

First day back in the zone of 1:1's
I'm inspired and grateful for all of today's blessings ❤️❤️❤️

Had so many say they didn't realise what I did last year so this year I'm gonna share more ...here's a little insight into my day.

Day started at 9am and I finished at 3. Ha I have some old voices saying ' part timer ' maybe ?! Maybe not but that what i do as working with energy you to have time to re align etc in-between and dedicating to fewer rather than the masses.

Treatment 1 & 2 - a mercy's 222 treatment- a combo of reiki and massage therapy with a hint of Mercys uniqueness.

Client 1 added a soulful skin treatment- brow wax and tint (vegan friendly back to my roots)

Client 2 had an added 10 minute card guidence

Treatment 3 -mercys 333 session -touch therapy back massage with reiki and Reflexology- infused with mercy's element of oil and sound therapy.

I'm a somatic therapist, spiritual healer , trauma therapist, holistic therapist, skin and beauty therapist I'm an educator /facilitator privately and in schools. I'm hard to describe 🤣
