Weak glutes causing lower back issues and a whole host of other problems? But no time to go to the gym?

My top tip, is to try incorporating basic movements into your everyday tasks.

So try standing on one leg while brushing your teeth in the morning!

Remember to keep your hips level, and squeeeeeeze that glute on the standing leg to get it really engaging.

A simple, yet easy first step into corrective exercise that doesn’t feel like a chore.

💥 PREVENTATIVE & MAINTENANCE 💥

Many people view massage as something you only need when you are injured. I encourage anyone to view preventative massage as equally, if not more, important. In everyday life the body gets run down - through lack of sleep, bad posture and stress.

Preventative & maintenance is the idea of doing something in order to prevent issues from happening in the future.

Everyone can benefit from maintenance massage - from the old, the young and those who live active lives to those who are more sedentary. I have a very diverse Client base. Some of the long list of benefits include healthier muscles, increased range of mobility and an improved sense of well-being.

If you didn't service your car you are likely to find its performance will deteriorate!

Put yourself well-being first.

Your body will thank you in the long run.

We’ve all heard the saying, lift from your knees not your back.
The reason it’s so important?
To protect your back 👊

99% of the clients I see with back spasm are because they are over using there back and not engaging glutes. When lifting and twisting they are hinging from L4, making them back dominate instead of glute.

How do you fix this?

Sports massage 👇

I work to loosen off the glutes, stretch and activate them. Along with loosening the over used lumber region.

What can you do? 👇

Get those glutes working! Glute bridges, kick backs, even standing on one leg activates glute med. ☑️

Simple process, life long fix ✅
