And you’ll get to learn a bit how to navigate your way through menopause, how to maintain health and not feel you want to inflict pain and suffering on everybody you meet 🤣😬🫣 Limited to 12 places on a first come, first served basis

If you are menopausal, peri-menopausal or just want to get ahead of the game to make that transition as smooth as possible, this course is for you. We have partnered with and to bring you this fun and informative 4 week course. You don’t need to have surfed before, al equipment is included, we have wetsuits to fit everyone and it’s run by an all female team. There is nothing to stop you!
