Another way move through the wave is through breath.
Think of your 'IN' breath as Male/Yang energy, action, doing, motion forward, our chest and belly rise and tense.
And your 'OUT' breath as Female/Ying energy, surrendering, slowing down, coming back to yourself, our chest and belly fall and soften
🌀Have a play with your breath:
- Observe your IN and OUT breath
-Take a pause at the end of your in breath.
Take a breath at the end of your out breath.
-See where your most comfortable
- At the top of your breath or the bottom.
