Has to be done in order no mixing exercises!
Overhand pull ups strict no kipping

Give it a try the pull ups are what slowed me down, but it's a nice little sesh
If you struggle with pull ups use a band and press ups on your knees if you find them difficult.
Its for fun please give it a go post your times

JUST FOR FUN

Got sent this workout to try out.
I must admit I thought it looked easy. (I was wrong)
So I used 50 lb dumbell about 23kg full depth goblet squats &
Strict pull ups no kipping😉
First attempt after a bit of a workout before I started as I did think it was gonna be easy🤔
7mins 28 secs in my head I was expecting under 5 mins 😳
So not overly impressed with myself 😂
Give it a go
Its much harder than you think!

remember its just for fun even try half and half or use bands.

If you want some really healthy nutritious food that doesn't break the bank, this is the place to go.
I can't recommend them enough loads of really tasty food in the box which is obviously a must whilst still controlling calories or even if your after cleaning up your diet. They can also do gluten free aswell and the menus change regularly.
