π« About the Role
As our House Manager, youβll be at the heart of a, vibrant supported living service β leading a fantastic team and ensuring that each individual we support has the opportunity to live life their way.
Youβll oversee day-to-day operations, support staff to deliver the very best care, and make sure the home runs smoothly and happily. From planning meaningful activities to managing cover shifts and supporting your team in their tasks, this is a role where your leadership and energy will truly shine.
Youβll also be part of our on-call rota, providing guidance and support to our service when needed β because great leadership never clocks off completely (but we promise to balance your workload and cheer you on every step of the way!).
