Thank you Alex for an uplifting Christmas Dance & Anna who led us in a seasonal sing song. We celebrate our final birthday of the year and look forward to seeing you all again on Friday 16th January 2026.

⭐️Christmas crafts, we rolled out air dry clay, cut out and decorated stars to hang up at home. We’ll let you see them once they are dried, varnished and have their beautiful ribbon attached. We were ready for a cuppa and a Christmas sing song 🎵 🎄

Excellent National TV day quiz set by Anna which we thoroughly enjoyed. Plus a very generous cheque presented to Life Well Lived by The Biggar Quilters, thank you very much! All donations help us offer our Fridndship and Fun group free of charge 🥳

Thank you so much to Morag and the Forrest family who took a collection for us at Beith’s funeral last month. They told me trust as a family they have always cared about local charities and wanted to support us especially as Morag had enjoyed her time with us.

Thank you all for the wonderful gift of £520. Every donation helps us provide our groups free of charge. Our hearts are full 🙏🏼🥰

Accessing the upstairs hall today allow much more room for movement during Seated Dance with Alex, in fact some of us were able to stand up and join in. 🕺🏻💃🏻Afterwards we were certainly ready for a cuppa & sing song.

Sports day. What fun we had! This was our first session in the upstairs hall. Made possible by the installation of the lift at the Gillespie Centre, thank you.👏🏻
We were ready for a drink, cake and a sing song. A joyous start to the weekend.

Team work makes the Dream work. This evening Life Well Lived & the Gillespie Centre were awarded the Partnership & Collaboration award as well as Life Well Lived being a finalist in Tackling Health Inequalities.
Thank you to all our funders, volunteers, partners, participants and to VASLAN for the recognition.
