I’ve had a wonderful couple of days with some amazing ladies guiding them to birth their own Medicine drums.
We’ve had laughter, tears, songs and creative magic!

It has been a beautiful process from start to finish making these Ocean drums.
I loved the colour combination of the plaits and felt it complimented the drums perfectly.
I spent a while working to create the right sound with the contents and I am very happy with the result, they sound great.

They have gone to the College of Sound Healing Conference to go to a new home.

If you are interested in birthing your own Ocean drum I run one to one or group sessions.

I am so lucky to be guiding students on the transformational 13 moon self-development program. We are already on day 9 and were blessed with a beautiful day to create our manifestation and gratitude earth mandalas.

We all had different aspects we are grateful for and wished to bring forward as you can see from the photos.

Last Monday we had a lovely day teaching day 4 of our CoSH Sound Healing with Drum practitioner training course.
Our next course begins April 2026.

Here is a photo from Wednesday evening when we had our monthly drum circle. It was filled with laughter, song and of course lots of drumming.

I recently had two friends approach me and ask for a personalised rattle-making workshop.

We spent a wonderful day together, opening sacred space with cacao, a rattle journey and creating their medicine rattles. Each rattle was beautiful with such different energy.

Lovely to be able to spend the day with them and offer a bespoke workshop 🥰

This was my view last Saturday for the outdoor sound bath in the open barn at Dunton community gardens.

I sat there playing the crystal bowls with a big smile on my face as I watched the squirrels scampering across the gardens, many large dragonflies in varying colours being inquisitive and butterflies dancing together. The birds joined in with the chorus, the wind blew through the trees and the sun shone all supporting the tones of the bowls.

How lucky were we. 🥰

It was wonderful have the regular friendly support and meet new friends.

The next outdoor sound bath at the Dunton community gardens and last of the season, will be on Saturday 27th September at 10.30am.

The next well-being event I am running at the gardens is Natural mindfulness moments on Thursday 11th September at 6pm.
A gentle meander and pause around the gardens and surrounding countryside with sensory and meditative exercises. Booking essential.

An established circle, we meet once a month to share skills, learn and practise techniques and talk with like minded people.

An informal group of friends with similar interests.

A fabulous weekend was enjoyed at Clophill’s Awakened Spirit Festival with Kay as Heart Song Hoop.

We held drum circles and drum healing workshops along with my own Power Animal drum journey session.

It was great to see and chat to friendly faces again and meet many new friends.

Thank you to everyone for making this such a special weekend! 😊
