A cheeky - 0.5lb off for me last week at group 🙌🏼

3 weeks of being a loser 😂 proud of that as this time of year can sometimes be challenging for us slimmers. Hoping for a bit more this week to get me even closer to my Christmas wish 💫

I LOVE a new week reset!! It's the last weigh in of the month too!! (Also loving these new stock powders - Syn free!!! What a find 💚)

Comfort food season has officially arrived - I'm absolutely here for filling up and Slimming down 💪🏼 Slow cooker beef stew for the win!! 🍲

Absolutely BUZZING with my weigh day result!!
- 3lb off and Slimmer of the week🕺🏼Literally did a happy dance at the scales this morning 😂 I'm always telling my members they are the best project they will ever work on (and I sometimes forget this applies to me too 🙃) The last 2 weeks have reminded me how much I LOVE this plan, the importance of group support and that when you kind of do it, it kind of works - When you really do it, it really works 💪🏼 6lb off in 2 weeks ❤️ Feels so good to be the boss of my own weight loss journey again 🙌🏼 I have eaten loads of delicious food and not felt hungry or deprived! I even had a few glasses of fizz at the weekend 🥂 I'm aiming for a 2lb loss next week which will take me another step closer to that Christmas wish 💫 I can do this!!!

I lost -3lbs last week 💪🏼 So flipping chuffed with that!! Christmas weight-loss wish I'm coming for you!! 🎄💫

So I thought I would share a 'What I eat as a busy Mama of 2 trying to lose weight on Slimming World' post

Breakfast - High protein Lentil/cheddar bake wedge (I have previously shared before) with baked beans and spinach. I prep the lentil wedge at the weekend so it's in the fridge ready for my busy weeks 🙌🏻

Lunch - Prepped Butternut squash soup (also made at the weekend) with a Healthy extra B pizza bagel and salad. Love a WFH lunch! Ready in 10 mins!!

Snacks - Apple, a tangerine and 2 x meal prep protein patties (free)

Dinner - Singapore noodles (love this low syn store cupboard staple sachet!!) with stir fried veg, king prawns, shredded cooked chicken, chilli, spring onion and coriander. Ready in 10 mins!!

Dessert - Heated up hifi bar with 60g Alpro vanilla yogurt with a sleep tea 😴

Disclaimer - There are absolutely days where I'm eating out of Tupperware in my car. These pics are not an every day reality 😂

This is what I'm snacking on this half term to fill my tummy and lose weight 💪🏼⬇️

Protein is your best friend with weightloss and these yummy egg muffins are perfect for on the go meals/snacks and super tasty too!! 🙌🏼

You can use up anything in Le fridge but I used....

2 eggs
Coriander
HEA Feta
Chopped up baby plum tomatoes
S+P
2 x lean bacon medallions - cooked and chopped up

Mixy Mixy and pop in silicone cupcake cases. Airfry for 15 mins and you have an on plan, low calorie mini meal that's going to keep your tummy full and most importantly away from the kids snacks!!!

Anyone who knows me, knows I LOVE a potato (+ cheese 🤣)

I always tell my new members you can eat a jacket potato the size of your head and still lose weight (potatoes are a free food on our amazing food optimising plan because they are naturally filling/satisfying for how many calories they are per gram)

So this is a SHOUT OUT to Spudman for making potatoes cool and for bringing the community together today 🫶🏼

This guy is clearly dedicated and passionate about the awesome business he has created ❤️

I didn't queue but definitely joined in and made my own food optimised version 🙌🏼

SATURDAY SHOUT OUT 📣

Meet our fab Sat AM member Debbie who recently picked up her 3 stone award 🌟

This has been no mean feat for this lovely lady who wanted to share a bit about her story.....

"I've struggled with my weight all of my life , lost 5 stone twice and found it again plus more!! My mobility plummeted (I could only do a few steps at a time) and I was constantly yo yo-ing which made me feel miserable!

I still have a long way to go but I'm just 3.5lbs away from a 5 stone loss after losing almost 2 stone before joining the saturday group. I feel so so amazing - I can see the progress, people have started to notice too which is wonderful🕺🏼I have also gone from a size 30 to a 22/24 and I feel so much more confident!! My mobility has improved because I am in less pain and the boost all of this has given to my mental wellbeing is immeasurable!!"

Oh my days this was banging and completely on plan🙌🏼

Seeded gluten free tiger loaf for the win!!! (50g is a HEB) this is so worth the money!!

Pastrami - Free
40g grated mozzarella - HEA (very important to leave some to melt on the top layer 😂🙌🏼)
