Feel good Friday post ππΌ
Just a little bit excited to share that this week I have achieved 2 of my weight-loss goals so far for this year!! πͺπΌ
β A stone off in 6 weeks (have I written myself my own achievement certificate? YES I HAVE πππΌ) Sometimes you need to be your own cheerleader!!!
β Slimmer of the week with 3lb off on Wednesday - Snacking on satsumas is one of my top tips that's helping me right now so delighted there were some in the SOW basket ππΌ
I'm always telling my members they are the best project they will ever work on (+ Im sometimes so busy looking after everyone else I forget this applies to me too) I also lose my way sometimes, motivation dips, life gets in the way.....You know the drill! Please know this is so normal!!! The best place to get ALL the support you need to get things back on track is in group β€οΈ
