Two day’s a week I work at a hospice providing complementary therapies to patients and family members surrounded by the most wonderful staff ✨

Many people find it their only space to tend to their own wellbeing and allow themselves to rest and feel nurtured.
I never know how much to talk about my work at the hospice, but it is truly special 💕

Therapeutic massage isn’t just about relaxation — it’s about connection. 💛

In my wellbeing workshops, I teach easy, nurturing self-massage alongside aromatherapy crafts. These gentle practices create calm moments, help regulate big emotions, and foster a sense of belonging. 🌸
💛 In schools, children learn simple tools to calm themselves when they feel overwhelmed.
💛 In care homes, therapeutic touch offers comfort, eases isolation, and brings moments of joy.
Massage becomes more than a treatment — it’s a tool for wellbeing, kindness, and connection, across all ages. 🌈

Wellbeing workshops - Aromatherapy crafts, soothing calming follow along self massage routine, self care techniques and mindful autumn themed colouring. With an added bonus of a cute knitted pumpkin 🧡✨🍁🍂

Workshop prepping 🧡✨🌿
I have a lovely workshop coming up soon where we will start with making these gorgeous herbal sleep bags, participants will have the option to make a lavender sweet dreams herbal bag ideal for popping under their pillow or having in their bedroom to promote sleep or an autumn themed spiced orange bag ideal to pop in the kitchen or living room for an uplifting sent. 
Followed by a soothing and deeply calming guided massage routine where we focus on acupressure points and simple but effective massage movements to relax and encourage rest 🧡✨💕

The other day, I visited someone for the very first time. They settled into their sofa, overlooking their beautiful garden, and as I began a gentle foot massage, I could feel them slowly let go of the tension they’d been holding on to.
By the end, they were in such a deep state of relaxation that the world outside seemed to melt away. Later, they messaged me to say how wonderful they felt — not just physically, but emotionally too 🧡

Massage therapy isn’t just about muscles and joints — it’s about connection, care, and creating a space where someone feels seen, heard, and nurtured. For people who can’t always get out, or who may feel lonely at times, mobile treatments bring the comfort of wellbeing to them — in their homes, care settings, or community spaces.

This is also why I’m now offering treatments in care homes and community groups — to help make that feeling of connection and comfort available to more people who need it most.
