Rehab Hub - Injury Clinic & Sports Performance Centre There’s nothing we want more than to see you get back to doing what you love. Our team is friendly and dedicated.

We want to return you to comfortable and strong movement for a healthy, happy, pain-free life and we will support and guide you every step of the way. We are an established Injury Clinic in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, with a knowledgeable and kind team of Practitioners of varying disciplines. Together we provide Adult and Children’s Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy and Sports Massage, Osteopathy, Running Analysis & Re-Education from our facility in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. We know we say it a lot, but there’s really nothing we want more than to see you get back to doing what you love; whether that’s competing in sport, doing your job, or spending time with your family and friends. Together we look after amateur and professional athletes, builders, office workers, Mums, Dads, Nans and Grandpas with equal dedication. We love what we do, and as people who also have busy home, family and work lives, as well as being amateur competitors ourselves we understand your need to return to work and life’s loves. When Pam underwent a total hip replacement (mini arthroplasty) in July 2023, her goal wasn’t just recovery, it was to get back to living life to the fullest. An active and determined individual, Pam was keen to regain her strength and independence, and she came to see Luke, our Lead Practitioner at the Rehab Hub, to help make that happen.

Pam’s journey wasn’t a straightforward one. The year before her replacement, she’d undergone hip arthroscopy surgery to address several complex joint issues. Despite working incredibly hard through her rehab under Luke’s guidance, the results weren’t quite what she had hoped for, and she ultimately needed a hip replacement. Pam and the team always knew this setback was a possibility, and even though she refused to let define her, it was a frustration all the same.

Fast forward to June 2025, less than two years after her operation, and Pam achieved something incredible: she successfully completed the Peak District Ultra Challenge, a 100km endurance event.

Poppy’s first month at the Hub has flown by! Here she is helping Evie with some neck and upper thoracic restrictions.

She's also rehabbing knees, hips, and ankles, and supporting patients with both new and longstanding back issues.

Hip pain was turning Lynn’s world upside down. Once active and independent in her 60s, she suddenly found herself wincing on the stairs and struggling to enjoy her garden. No dramatic injury — just a creeping discomfort that refused to go away.

When Lynn came to see Luke, our clinic lead, he carried out a thorough assessment and suspected greater trochanteric bursitis — irritation of the bursa on the outside of the hip, often linked to overload or movement imbalances.

Luke created a plan combining hands-on treatment to release tension with specific rehab drills to strengthen and stabilise the hip. Exercises like side-lying leg lifts, bridges, and stability work became Lynn’s daily focus.

Progress wasn’t instant, but Lynn stayed committed and it paid off. Bit by bit, the pain eased, her strength returned, and her confidence grew. Today she’s back climbing stairs and pottering happily in her garden without discomfort.

Lynn’s journey is a brilliant reminder: with the right plan, persistence, and support, it’s possible to move better and feel stronger no matter what pain you are struggling with.
