This Saturday afternoon is our beautiful elemental connection session.

The Sounds Of The Sea

Water is life and brings us clarity, purification, connection and medicine.

Together we will explore our relationship and connection with the element water and experience a wonderful healing ocean sound bath.

Lean into the wonder the sounds of the sea bring. The expansive, nourishing feeling we experience stood at the shore.

The clarity, ease and understanding resting by rivers.

The joy and uplifting of a dancing stream and brook.

The stillness and depth of lakes.

Broad horizons, stunning sunsets, nurturing rhythm of waves, the fragrance of sea air....it calls, restores and renews.

Join us for an afternoon of connection and healing, supported by the beautiful Ocean Drum.

Isn't she stunning. A moment captured as an ocean drum dries in the beautiful sunshine at the chapel.

The sunshining through the trees onto the ocean drum bringing movement and rebirth.

We take great care preparing and nurturing all our natural skin drums, ocean drums and rattles into being. Small group workshops, 1-1 and bespoke creations.

So excited to hear the song of the sea as this beauty dries.

What a beautiful start to the week!

As the weather warms, the chapel is transforming and flowing with the seasons. Our Spring timetable will flow with some additions...watch this space!

This Saturday is an afternoon connecting with the element water, experiencing meditation, connection, cleansing and a beautiful ocean drum sound healing. This is offered as part of The College of Sound Healing CPD and open to all.

We called it in the other week and it arrived!! I continue to be amazed and delighted with the magic of the chapel. ❤️

With the van currently out of action and the perfect piece of carpet to complete our flooring jigsaw, my trusty steed stepped up once again to carry impossible loads! 😍

As my hubby says...the mark of a true cyclist is carrying impossible loads. 😊

With the weather warming, it's time to fill those pot holes, switch the foam mats and lay the final piece. 😍🥰

Yoga Nidra is on!

With your wonderful company, a good stretch and glorious Spring sunshine, I'm feeling much renewed so tomorrow's yoga nidra is a go go. 🥰

It's a beautiful meditation practice, especially for those busy minds that struggle to switch off in other relaxation sessions.

No physical movement, it's a meditation to connection with yourself in wholeness.

In the purest form there is no sound, however I will work with certain frequencies to support your body awareness and complete relaxation.

We birth many drums as part of our practitioner courses or 1-1's so take this opportunity to offer a drum birthing event to the wider community.

We'll hold space and gently support and guide where necessary throughout the day to connect deeply with and birth your own drum.

My Story

I discovered the benefits of himalayan bowls whilst on a pamper day recovering from breast cancer treatment. After surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy I was left with a number of side effects. Peripheral neuropathy, muscle fatigue and the stress of treatment made relaxation challenging. The wonderful harmonies and sonic vibrations of the himalayan bowls unlocked the tension and I could once again completely relax. I had thought I was relaxed, but in that moment I suddenly realised I hadn’t been at all.

I was so amazed by the experience I needed to find out more and went on to learn about and train in the use of a variety of instruments for use in sound therapy.

Each style of instrument has their own qualities, soothing and nurturing us when we are at our most vulnerable through to empowering and energising us when we are strong. Each session is individual and very personal to us. It is a pleasure to share this beautiful practise and enable others to relax and restore physially, emotionally and spiritually.

Kay is a fully trained crystal bowl and himalayan bowl practitioner with the College of Sound Healing and gong practitioner with Mehtab Benton, Gong Dharma.
