Feeling like you've gone off track over the Christmas period is normal.
Please be aware of people trying to make money from your insecurities at this time of year *cough cough fad diet companies*
If you want to make changes to your life - Fantastic but that will take time. Will you see immediate results - in some aspects possibly, in your weight and appearance NO!
WHY? Because real sustainable change takes time. You won't loose a stone in a month by buying frozen vegetables in a pill, or buying £50 worth of shakes and deep down, I think we all know that.
