Small Victories 🏆 - Watch until the end ❕

My lovely client has been dealing with tinnitus for quite a while now. Tinnitus is the experience of hearing constant ringing in one or both ears that is not from an outside source. As you can imagine, this can be awfully frustrating and can have an affect on your daily life.

Whilst tinnitus cannot be treated with massage, massage can absolutely relieve symptoms - the proof is in the pudding!

Small victories are so important and they must be celebrated! They are small hurdles on the way to a larger goal, that can only be achieved with persistence and consistency. This is one of the main things I stress to my clients!

I love love love working with my clients and helping them achieve the results they deserve, pain and suffering free 🤍
