Here at The Physiotherapy DOC we use acupuncture as part of some of our treatments as it's proven to help to manage pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.

We do this by inserting very fine needles into specific body points, stimulating natural pain relievers (like endorphins) and improving the energy & blood flow.

It aids muscle relaxation by targeting trigger points such as tight muscle knots to release the tension.
