We are a Fitness Centre and Injury Clinic based in Billingham in the north-east of England. We have a great community of members who want to become fitter and healthier no matter their age or profession. With the friendly and professional help from us we help our members achieve their targets by creating tailor made fitness plans and by offering 1-to-1 training. We treat all people, ranging from professional boxers to office workers, with a variety of aches and injuries.
