Great weekend delivering injury prevention workshops 🙌
We had the pleasure of running three sessions for both 33 Run Club and our long-time partners Billingham Marsh House Harriers 🏃♂️🏃♀️
Across the sessions, we covered:
✔️ Why strength & conditioning matters for runners
✔️ How to reduce injury risk
✔️ Simple, practical exercises runners can start using straight away
It was brilliant to see so many runners getting involved, asking questions, and taking steps to stay consistent and injury-free 💪
