This months theme: Finding calm amongst the chaos

Life can feel loud and busy — this is your chance to hit pause.

In this workshop, you’ll be guided through the calming practice of Yoga Nidra, a powerful form of relaxation that feels like drifting between waking and dreaming.

You’ll settle down to lie on your mat, get comfortable, and let your body fully relax while your mind is gently led through a journey of breath, body awareness, and imagery. It’s like a reset button for your whole system.

Yoga Nidra is known to:

- Reduce stress and anxiety

- Improve sleep quality

- Enhance cognitive function

- Lower inflammation in the body

- Improve hormone balance

- Create a sense of peace and clarity that lasts beyond the practice (research suggests you'll feel the effects up to 7 days later!)

You don’t need any yoga experience — just come as you are.
Expect soft lighting, cosy atmosphere, and space to completely let go.

Includes a cup of herbal tea and a sweet treat to close the practice.

Think of it as a mini-retreat for your mind, body, and spirit.

Through meditation, breathwork, yin yoga and yoga nidra, we’ll soften into stillness, embrace the slower rhythms of autumn, and prepare to move gracefully into a season of rest and renewal. Expect a warm, nurturing atmosphere that invites relaxation, reflection, and a deeper connection with your inner cycles as nature turns towards hibernation.

* Explore together the biology of stress - so you know exactly what's going on in your body and your brain

* Break down yoga movements, breathwork, meditation & mindfulness techniques - designed to stop the stress response in it's tracks

* Enjoy a guided relaxation to manually switch our bodies from 'fight or flight' to 'rest and repair"

In just 8 weeks, you could be feeling calmer, more in-control, with an easing of stress-induced symptoms.

You will also have the full support of myself and the group, for the 8 week period, with regular check-ins and a mindfulness technique to focus on each week.
