With huge regret, I have decided not to attend the Christmas fair at Shipley Golf Club on Tuesday (with Bingley Ladies In Business).
As some of you may be aware from my stories, I’m currently going through something that is making me very poorly. Whatever it is started on the 6th November and whilst I’ve had the odd ok day, the rest have been horrendous.
Without listing all of my symptoms to you (as you’re definitely not here for that), it’s largely gastric and I can’t run a stall by myself in my current state.
So I sincerely apologise as I hate to cancel anything that I’ve committed to, but my body is expelling something and also telling me something. Maybe I need to make some lifestyle changes or maybe I need to look after myself.
Anyway, please do support this lovely little Christmas fair and if you can make it along, do so. It will definitely get you in the spirit of Christmas whilst supporting small, female run, local businesses.
My next booking is not until the end of the month at The Devonshire Arms so fingers crossed, this gives me enough time to sort myself out.

On the plus side (and there’s always a silver lining), I’ve lost a little bit of weight which I was hoping to do before Christmas 🤣
