✨ 3 weeks… and Georgie is already seeing incredible change with The Well Woman Method programme ✨
Georgie’s goal was to build muscle 💪
And in just 3 weeks… she’s gained 4lbs — with minimal changes to her food or training.
No extremes.
No pressure.
No burnout.
Instead… she slowed down.
She supported her nervous system.
She shifted her mindset.
And everything started to change ✨
She told me she finally feels like a well woman —
in control, in tune, and working with her body instead of against it 🤍
That right there is the real win.
Yes, the physical progress is amazing…
but the biggest shift is how she feels.
Calmer. More aware. Less rushed.
