🩸 Menstrual Phase (Days 1–5)
This is your bleed. Hormones are low.

🌱 Follicular Phase (Days 6–14)
Oestrogen rises. You start to feel like you again.

This week we’ve been combining our Lifestyle and Wellness screenings with infrared sauna sessions… and the results have been eye-opening 👀

Using live blood analysis, we can look at patterns in the blood before and after a session — often seeing changes in how the cells are moving and interacting.

The infrared sauna is a game changer...

Last night’s Reset class (week 5 of 6) felt so good 🌿

We mixed things up with a mobility + stretch circuit, holding each position for 3 minutes to really allow the body to open up, release tension and properly let go. Not just rushing through stretches… but actually giving your body the time it needs.

We keep the Lights low and calming sounds on,

✨ How to track your cycle, even if you're on HRT ✨

Understanding where you are in your cycle is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health, energy, training and nutrition 💫

Your body is always communicating with you… we just need to learn how to LISTEN.

Here are a few simple ways to start tracking your cycle:
🌿 1. Tune into your energy & mood
Notice how you feel day to day.
Feeling energised, social, motivated? You may be around ovulation
Slower, needing rest, more inward? You could be in your luteal or menstrual phase
Your body isn’t inconsistent — it’s cyclical.

🌿 2. Track your symptoms
This could include:
Cravings
Sleep changes
Bloating
Skin changes
Irritability or calmness
Patterns will start to appear when you track consistently.

🌿 3. Cervical fluid (vaginal discharge)
This is one of the most accurate natural indicators:
Dry or minimal = lower fertility
Creamy = building phase
Clear, stretchy (egg-white consistency) = ovulation approaching
Your body is giving you real-time feedback here.

🌿 4. Ovulation tests
These detect your LH surge (the hormone that triggers ovulation).
They’re great if you want a clearer, more measurable sign of ovulation.

🌿 5. Track your cycle length
Day 1 = first day of your period
From there, begin to notice patterns month to month.

💛 What if you’re on HRT?
If you’re on HRT, things can feel a little less predictable — and that’s okay.

Depending on the type of HRT:
You may not have a natural cycle or ovulation
Symptoms and energy patterns may still fluctuate
You can still track how you feel day to day
Instead of strict “cycle tracking”, focus on:
✨ Energy levels
✨ Mood
✨ Recovery
✨ Sleep

Your body still gives you signals — they just might not follow a textbook cycle.
