What started as a simple idea during lockdown — “if it doesn’t work, at least we’ll have a home gym” — has grown into something I never could have imagined.

Finally nailed a recipe that’s been on repeat this week… Gluten free protein wraps 🙌

Soft, flexible, and actually hold together (no cracking or falling apart halfway through eating 👀). Plus they’re packed with protein and fiber so they keep you full for hours — perfect for busy days when you need something quick but nourishing.

Made with simple ingredients:
✨ Oat flour
✨ Powdered egg whites (protein boost without changing texture)
✨ Psyllium husk (the secret to that soft, bendy wrap)
✨ Water + pinch of salt
✨ Salt, pepper and garlic granules if you fancy some savoury

That’s it. No weird additives, no fuss.

They fry in minutes and work with literally anything — sweet or savoury.

I’ve been using them for:
🥙 Chicken & salad wraps
