CHANGE is hard… 🍂

I walked through crunchy autumnal leaves into this afternoon, to clear my head.

I could clearly see Autumn coming to an end and was reminded that… a UK winter always turns into spring…

🍂 Autumn is in between these seasons.

Some plants and trees go through change- others stay evergreen. 🌲

This made me reflect on the changes I have personally experienced over this last year.
Some changes I knew were coming, others not… all while some people’s lives around me didn’t seem to experience such change.

🍂 Grief and bereavement often bring change, in every season- and not all change is easy to accept.
