Here’s a reset trick I teach for overthinkers.
The positive intention of anxiety is safety and protection – which is why action calms an anxious brain. ✨

But when your head is full of worries, many outside your control…

🌊 Imagine burying them all in a big hole in the sand.
Safe, tucked away for now.

✅ Then choose one worry to act on.
Take one small step – and repeat.

Sometimes the rest stay buried.
This simple reset softens anxiety, simplifies your focus, and moves you from negative spirals into progress.
It’s the power of presence, made simple. 💛
