Here's Hayley's own words:

I’m super excited to be a part of the team and representing Old Time strength! A company that's been a part of my strongman training since first seeing atlas stones and has helped me compete both in the UK and internationally in places like Iceland and the US.

I was bone with a birth defect that affects growth plates, muscle placement causing malformation in both feet and hips so I compete in disabled and adaptive strongman in standing class 1.

I’ve been competing in strongman for 4 and a half years and my biggest achievement was 1st place in The Arnolds Ohio 2020 standing C1. I also compete in powerlifting, triathlons and train various motorbike sports.

Sports have played a huge part in managing my disability since I was young and finding strongman changed my life.

I take fewer pain killers, mentally cope better and can do more physically since training but most of my success as an athlete is down to the community within the sport and the friends I’ve made along the way. Those that are always there to help me during training and encourage along the way!
