What Is IEMT?
Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a gentle, neuroscience-based technique that helps release emotional imprints and stuck patterns by working with the way the mind stores memories. Through guided eye movements and structured questioning, IEMT helps create rapid shifts without needing to relive or retell difficult experiences in detail.
