Join me at Mulberry’s Magic, Woodside Business Park for a magical evening of relaxation and festive calm on Saturday 6th December at 7:00 PM 🌙

We’ll begin with a light, fun activity to lift your spirits before settling down for a deeply soothing Reiki & Meditation session — the perfect way to unwind and recharge before the holidays. 💫

Afterwards, enjoy a warming drink of your choice — luxurious hot chocolate or herbal tea — as we share peaceful, heartwarming vibes together. 🕯️☕

🧘‍♀️ Mats, cushions, and blankets are provided, but you’re welcome to bring an extra blanket or anything for comfort. Two recliner chairs available (first come, first served).

Yesterday I had the pleasure of hosting a private Mother & Daughter event.
During this we talked about our energy, did a couple of practical exercise and talked about how to protect it. This was followed by a meditation were they both received reiki and crystal healing. Then hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows and intention bracelet making.
Was such a lovely experience to be a part of 😊🎂

Come and experience a level of connection you didn't know you needed. Tameana Salush Nahi (Sacred Triangle) brings you back to yourself. It awakens the seed of creation within you, bringing you into alignment with your higher self and source. A deep connection to your soul which allows it to tell its story.

I dont know about you but I look forward to this event each month! A time to relax, reset and receive. Once a month, time carved out just for you 🌟❤️🎁😍

Join us in this beautiful space and get cosy as you go on a journey whilst listening to guided meditation (intuitively written by me). Connect with like minded women, share your experiences (if you want to)and receive the universal life force healing energy of reiki 🌟❤️🌟❤️

There are only two more of these nights left for this year 😓 Saturday 1st November and a special Christmas one Saturday 6th December.

We’ve been taught to disconnect — from our bodies, our cycles, our intuition, and even from each other.
Society has told us to silence our emotions, hide our pain, and carry on, even when our bodies whisper (or scream) for rest, love, and understanding.

Every experience, every unspoken word, every ache leaves an energetic imprint within our womb space. For many, this space carries the memory of pain through s*xual assault/r*pe, domestic violence, birth trauma, miscarriage, abortion, infertility, endometriosis, or hysterectomy.

Womb Healing is the journey of coming home to yourself. It’s about reclaiming your power, your voice, your divine feminine essence. It’s remembering that your womb is not a place to store fear and pain, but an energetic portal of creation, intuition, and deep wisdom.

Through womb healing, you begin to reconnect to your body, your heart, and to others walking a similar path of remembrance and renewal.

Last night was the Autumn Reiki and Meditation Night. I love these nights and so touched I get to share them with others. The meditation last night took the listeners on a journey to meet the Autumn spirit (whilst receiving reiki healing) and take some time to think of all the wonderful things they get to "harvest" from the year. Followed by Releasing like the falling autumn leaves and connecting with the oak tree and acorn.

At the end, we enjoyed spiced apple and vanilla flavoured tea and picked a Guideance card. Each person got their own little acorn with the symbolism printed and laminated In an organza bag.

Thank you to all those who joined me and made this meditation night special. 🧡🙏🏻😊
