Embracing the serpent energy of the Munay ki tonight with our "Return to the Womb room" circle.
We went over passing on the 13th Rite ( on Friday 13th — love that!) and had a practice. Then a guided meditation connecting us to Great Serpent, Sachamama, and her medicine.

I am absolutely shattered and ready for a much needed sleep, but feeling very grateful to the beautiful women who joined me tonight. ❤️🐍✨

Long before it was labelled unlucky, 13 was a feminine number — the number of the Moon, of cycles, of death and rebirth.

There are 13 lunar cycles in a year.
13 rhythms of shedding, resting, blooming, becoming.

Friday itself is the day of the Goddess — love, fertility, magic, sovereignty.

A day once devoted to rest, ritual, women gathering, weaving fate, honouring the body and the unseen.

When Friday and 13 meet, something powerful opens.
Venus and Moon energy together.
Sensuality and intuition.
Creation and destruction.

A threshold moment where old skins are ready to fall away 🐍

Much of the fear around Friday the 13th came from the suppression of feminine wisdom —
women-led spirituality, goddess worship, menstrual knowledge, cyclical living.

What was once revered was slowly taught to be feared.
But this day was never cursed.
🖤 It is powerful.

Friday the 13th invites us back into:
✨ intuition over logic
✨ ritual over routine
✨ cycles over straight lines
✨ honouring descent as much as ascent

It’s a remembering. It's reclaiming.

This is your invitation to take some time for you. Come along and relax, recharge and receive a blend of hands on and distance, Reiki healing energy.

Our bodies do the most healing when they are relaxed. So bring whatever you need to get comfy. A yoga mat, blanket and cushion are provided, but please bring your own pillow and extra blankets to get cosy.

If you are unable to lie or sit on the floor, that's no problem, just let me know in advance and I'll have a chair ready for you.

You may wish to bring a bottle of water and a notebook/journal to jot down anything that comes to mind, before, during or after your meditation.

Booking is essential to secure your space.

Today I choose me.
Every time we choose to honour who we truly are, we stand by our boundaries and not let self doubt take the lead , we are making a powerful , soulful declaration. It signals to our unconscious:
"I keep my promises to myself. I am worthy and I am enough."

Each time you hold your boundaries , you stand up for yourself or just allow yourself to be as you are, you are strengthening your relationship with yourself and building trust. Your conscious self begins to see the magic you are capable of, it trusts that you mean what you say, it begins to feel safer and your inner light shines ✨✨✨✨

Always remember that your light does not need permission. Your presence is powerful. You are capable. You are able to do hard things.
You are enough and loving yourself is your right.
