You can join us every Tuesday between 11am-12:30pm either face-to-face or online for a journey of self care and relaxation 💆💻🏠

✨ FREE Online and Face-to-face sessions available

✨ Equipment provided for face-to-face sessions
✨ Complimentary hot drinks for face-to-face sessions
✨ Opportunity to stay and chat to other carers and one of our Carer Link Workers after the session has finished
