Our first Health & Wellness Fayre for our patients is coming up on Thursday 26th May (11am- 3pm) the goal is to inform you of what resources are within our community around healthy eating, mental health, physical activity, health services, careers and other local health and wellness resources that will you be able to access that you may not have known about. What a great way to find out who they are, what they do and how the service can improve your life for the better.
