There’ll be guest speakers, complimentary refreshments, and our team will be on hand to chat and signpost to any support you may need. This is a warm and welcoming group that provides information, tips and support to help you live well.

Lot's happening across our PCN this week. From our wellbeing walk and talk group, to our new Living Well event series taking place on Wednesday St Oswalds Church Bidston 10am-11.30am.

Our cancer event series also continues this Wednesday 11am-12noon Heatherlands Medical Centre and on Thursday Claire will be hosting our Carers coffee afternoon, providing support and signposting to those who care and support others.

We're bringing a new 'Living Well' event to St Oswalds Church Bidston this week.
Every Wednesday from Wed 11th Feb, 10am-11.30am join us for this community focused event that will help support you to live well. We'll be joined each week by visiting organisations, our care coordinator will be on hand to speak to, and to signpost to help and support. Refreshments will be provided and you'll be guaranteed a warm welcome. We look forward to welcoming you.

Our new Living Well event launches on Wednesday 11th Feb in partnership with St Oswalds Church Bidston - designed to support you to live and age well, the weekly event will bring together a host of organisations. A free event open to our patients and the local community. We look forward to seeing you there.

We’re delighted to introduce our Living Well event, a new weekly event series designed to support patients across our Primary Care Network to live well and age well.

Starting Wednesday 11 February, Living Well will run every Wednesday from 10.00am to 11.30am at St Oswalds Church Bidston. The sessions are free to attend and open to patients and members of the local community. the weekly events will be supported by a host of community event partners.

9.30am- 10.30am: Healthier Neighbourhoods Club held at Paxton Medical Group Claughton - Join our health coaches this morning for our new weight loss and wellbeing group.

11am-12noon: Walk + Talk Group in Birkenhead Park. Get outdoors for some fresh air and good conversation. The group meets in reception of Paxton Medical Group Claughton.
