Well Birmingham you did yourself proud! 19 days away, 18 shifts, 148 treatments and so many memories & friendships made. It was an honour to work with the Commonwealth Athletes and the fabulous team of volunteers Sports Massage Therapists in the Athletes Recovery Area. Absolutely loved the experience and the opportunity to work with some fantastic people who are at the top of their game. Until next time everyone!

Tour of Merseyside Day One done - just a tad breezy along the front. 6 more miles tonight along the beach then up and down the dales before returning back to Thurstaston. I'll be set up to treat the Tourists as soon as I've finished the run!

It's that time of year again! Great to be back taking part on the Tour with the control measures in place. Hands, Face, Space, Race! We're halfway through now with 5 miles tonight in fancy dress, 6 miles cross country tomorrow and a mere 12 miles along the coast on Saturday morning to complete the 52 miles over 7 days. Good luck to my fellow Tourists - we've got this!!
