We're hiring a senior care assistant for night shifts at our wonderful home. You must have a Level Three Diploma in Health and Social Care and previous experience is essential. More than that, though, we're looking for a new team member who will show dedication, kindness and compassion towards our residents. Today is the start of Lunar New Year, a 15-day celebration to mark the start of the Chinese calendar. Often called the Spring Festival, the occasion focuses on the removal of the old and the welcoming of the new. This year marks the year of the horse. Today is Time To Talk Day, which encourages us all to have open conversations about mental health to break the stigma and bring about change. Please don't ever be afraid to seek support, or to start a conversation that could save somebody else's life

Behind every window is a story you might not see, and a burden you might not know someone is carrying. You never know what someone is going through.

Today is , a reminder that you don’t need to be an expert to listen, sometimes being there is enough. One conversation might not solve everything, but it lets someone know they aren't facing their "behind-the-scenes" alone.
