🕰️ Reminder: The Clocks Are Changing! 🕰️
This weekend, the clocks will go back an hour, marking the end of daylight saving time. ⏳ Whilst we all gain an extra hour of rest, it can sometimes disrupt routines—especially for those recieving care.
Here are a few tips to help with the transition:
