Family & Mental Health Education and Support
Making mental health support, well-being and resilience development integral to all our services. Our primary aim is to build the resilience, mental health and wellbeing of young people and families to enable them to live happy healthy lives through bringing people
together and providing non-judgemental support, learning, and volunteering
opportunities. Working as a non-profit social enterprise, we offer mental health support through the delivery of well-being and resilience building workshops and psycho-educational courses for families and young people, along with career and employability support; developing the necessary transferable skills to secure future employment. We empower individuals to build their foundations for the future.

We take a holistic approach to services providing wraparound support for all participants engaged with our parenting programmes, with family support coaching, peer-led support groups and activities, specialising in a trauma informed approach; making this an integral part of education and life experience.

Our Happy Hub CIC and Crea8ing Community want to thank everyone involved from planning over the last 12 months to the event, in bringing together a brilliant night for the community.

Huge thanks to for a fantastic fireworks display accompanied by Oxiris-Wirral Samba Band and Bring the Fire Project dancers which thrilled the crowd on Co-op Academy Hillside field.

Although we had to withdraw as event organisers for the bonfire, it went ahead and everyone loved it ❤️

Fantastic community spirit bringing everyone together.

We were still on hand with delicious burgers, and Sausages provided by the amazing Heseltines Butchers and Hursts Bakery for gorgeous bread rolls. We had the fab team from Rapid Response North West on hand as First Aiders and Paul Doyle playing some tunes in the garden.

Thanks to Wirral Tool Hire for helping us with our generator, answering my 102 questions.

Thanks to everyone that came to join in the fun 🥰

We want to tell you about the Assisted Travel Consultation that started on 13th October. The council is reviewing its Assisted Travel policies. These policies explain the ways children and young people with SEND get to school or college safely. The system needs updating and we want to help more young people travel independently.

It's an important consultation for parents and carers, and their children and young people with SEND. You can find the information you need to take part in this consultation on SENDLO.

Follow the link in comments to our latest news item to find out more. There is also information on SENDLO in

💥 Bonfire Night: Essential Info & Safety Update for November 5th!

Get ready to remember, remember the 5th of November! We've got a few key updates for our Bonfire Night event:

Bonfire Building & Barrier Setup: Volunteers are needed! Please meet us at Sorrell Close Field at 10:00 AM on the morning of the 5th to help put the safety barriers around the bonfire site.

Bonfire Fuel - Wood Only: We're keeping it traditional and safe. ONLY clean wood is permitted on the bonfire. Absolutely NO furniture, laminated wood, or anything else dubious. If you wouldn't use it to toast a marshmallow, leave it out.

Safety & Emergency Access: We're keeping things secure! We are pleased to have Rapid Response Northwest on site. Please note that access for all emergency vehicles will be maintained via St. Peters Way and Norris Close.

On-Site Stewards & Sparkler Safety: Look out for our team of friendly stewards who will be managing the night. For safe sparkler use, we will have water buckets available to ensure they are distinguished properly—no throwing hot metal, please!

Parking & Congestion: Heads up! Ridgeview Road and Sorrell Close are likely to get congested. Please be mindful when parking and ensure you do not block any driveways—nobody wants to be Guy Fawkes for real because they can't get out!

Start time is 6pm

Fireworks Time: For those with pets and wanting to keep them indoor, or just anyone who likes to be punctual, the fireworks display will start at 6:45 PM.

Let's make it a brilliant, safe, and bang-on night!

Our Story

Our services offer young people and organisations practical support in exploring and acquiring skills, completing tasks and further assistance in their careers provision and planning. Explore the website for useful information and links, free downloads, handy hints and case studies relating to careers. We offer a programme of interactive, stimulating and fun learning, predominantly through “doing”, designed to give participants practical advice, experience and information on ways to maximise their chances of finding employment or gaining a place on a study or training course.

We support parents and those supporting young people through

training programmes to support the development of well-being and resilience, parenting support and ways to manage stress. We provide information sessions on dealing with issues around internet and mobile usage and how to support responsible usage by young people.

We provide opportunities to volunteer within our organisations or other community groups in order to build skills, resilience and potentially lead to employment. We signpost and work with other community and voluntary sector organisations to support the needs of communities.
