My name is Jess. I'm the practice owner and lead CBT and EMDR therapist at Your Therapy With Jess, which has been running since July 2023. I have over a decade of mental health experience as a CBT therapist, including 6 years in the NHS. I am fully accredited by the BABCP (considered the Gold standard for CBT therapists) and work with clients over 16 years old. I provide EMDR for PTSD and CBT for depression and anxiety disorders, such as:

🔹 Health anxiety

🔹 Phobias
🔹 as well as other difficulties such as low self-esteem, self-harm, long-term health conditions and disordered eating.

I am also a provider for Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Vitality Health and Vita Health so you can access therapy with me through your health/workplace insurance policy.

I provide sessions in person, based in in Birkenhead, and also remote appointments via Microsoft Teams.
