Been very focused on the therapeutic side of things recently. Completed my Diploma in TA, Transactional Analysis. Been working with this model in Counselling for years but been great to revisit the theory.

TA helps us explore relationship dynamics, the ego states we operate from, our life scripts and the games we play. After 14 years I still find it fascinating.

Finally got my Practitioners Certificate for Spirit Releasement ( Despite completing over a year and half ago!)
I offer 1 to 1 sessions in SRT. These are normally £75 but I shall be offering for a limited time for £45 or 3 sessions for £120.

So what happens during a session?
I guide you down into a trance and we connect with your higher self.

We look at any "parts" of you that need healing to step forward. This may look like an unhealed child part......however this may be stuck due to a spirit attachment of some form making a contract with the unhealed part.

When we talk about attachments we are referring to external to yourself eg earth bound energy, protective parts even past life versions which haven't been fully integrated to your higher self.

These attachments are difficult to connect with during remote SRT as we need to do the Healing with the unhealed part that's keeping in place and get them to break any contracts before healing and Integration can begin.

There are soo many layers!! I love this work.

So who would try this.

* if you feel you have intrusive thoughts
*blocked in particular areas of life.
* unwanted destructive patterns of behaviour
*exhaustion with no obvious cause
* reoccurring illness with no obvious cause

Or simply your being drawn.

Healing Time is a Wellness Centre set up by Jennie Reay who has been in the field of health, well being and spiritual development for over 10 years. The centre is in the heart of Birkenhead and offers Counselling Services, Holistic therapies, Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Well being workshops, Spiritual development and Reiki training.

The aim is to create a community hub of well being services and a platform for local therapists and teachers to showcase their experience and services they have to offer.

The centre is home to 3 therapy rooms, a yoga studio and workshop space. There is also a cafe area within the premises.
