Spring Forward, Fall Back

Over the weekend, the clocks went backwards. This means that the evenings are darker and the mornings are lighter. For some of us, the darker days can feel more difficult.

It’s common for the changing seasons and weather to affect your mood.
As it gets colder, for example, you might find that your mood or energy levels drop, or you may notice changes in your sleeping or eating patterns.

But if your feelings are interfering with your everyday life, it could be a sign that you have seasonal depression.

Our Story

Wirral Mind, affiliated with the national Mind organisation, was established in 1967 to help people in our local community achieve better mental health. The organisation has an excellent track record and over 50 years experience in providing services to adults in our local community with mental health problems and learning disabilities.
