Wow, one full month of pop-ups.
Thank you for sharing in the practices, supporting, joining, sharing, your energy.
All of it 🙏

It has been such an incredible month - known and new faces all coming together to practice this ancient living wisdom, our yoga practice.

We had full classes last week which was just incredible - a full house and a very full heart 🤎

For us, it is now retreat season
as we head to Ibiza tomorrow to welcome 17 of you on the island!
So this brings a little bit of change and magic to the schedule with and covering whilst is away on retreat - so come and practice this week - our full schedule is linked in our biolinks.

Also noting that from November 1/11 our weekend classes change to Saturday mornings,
all with April for Hatha Yoga & Somatics, all still at the beautiful

Your yoga schedule for this week 🧘‍♂️

If you're yet to schedule some time in for yourself this week, here are your invitations & opportunities to find some intentional time this week, on the mat.

Your head will always be finding things for you to do, telling you how much more important your to-do list is or maybe you just need to sit on the sofa scrolling for that little bit longer… BUT your body, your brain, the quality of your thoughts will always tell you other wise.

Yoga is so much more than exercise, movement to move you out of your head and back into your body.

Creating space in your body that in turn, creates space in your mind.

Here's when and where you can practice this week ahead;

Tuesday evening at 18.30 and Sunday morning at 09.00am this week are with our founder, Maria
Both in the beautiful Sumei Studios on Frederick Street.

And of course, our new Thursday evening Flow class with Hannah starts this week, the 9th of October with .yoga.hannah
at the Domus Group studio space off St Pauls Square.

These classes are accessible to everyone, from complete beginners to those with an established practice, we welcome you all 🙏

THURSDAYS in the JQ are back from 9th of October ✨️🙏🧘‍♀️🤎

Join Hannah .yoga.hannah in the incredible space on Henrietta Street off Livery Street for a Flow class blending together hatha and vinyasa yoga, 18.30 - 19.30

Hannah will guide you through a monthly theme and focus, building towards a peak posture blending together Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.
Through breath and movement, you'll open your physical body and energy centres having options of each posture for you to explore and experiment with.

Allowing those of you who want to build and challenge your practice the opportunity to do so whilst also being accessible to those who are newer to yoga.
This class is accessible to everyone.
We welcome you all 🙏

📌 we will be here every fortnight alternating with another JQ venue, details coming very soon.
💰 drop in passes are £11.00 and can be booked through our biolonks, memberships coming later this month.

Sharing news of our first series of JQ weekly pop-ups starting next Tuesday 30th September

Blending hatha yoga & somatics to give you intentional time & space to get out of your head & back into your body.
Using hatha yoga roots & foundations to explore shapes & movement to feel.

These classes are accessible and suitable to everyone & every body.

We started our outdoor summer series in the hidden residents courtyard - we've still got two more weeks of classes left, come and join us.

Our first pop-up soundbath guided by the wonderful one in the most beautiful studio space thank you for hosting, forever grateful

And our corporate pop-ups in the wellness space 🙏

We cannot wait to share the venues with you where we'll be practising over autumn and winter starting on Tuesday 30th September.
