So today I did some grounding at The National Stone Centre in Matlock with my fabulous daughter Chelsey Fray Reiki & Healing Therapy .

This involved purchasing some fabulous crystals to add to our collections for use in treatments..... Putting the world to rights..

Oh and lunch 😋..

I'm feeling very grateful to have a daughter who's in my tribe... we share the same happy place....

Happy Thursday everybody 🤍

I just wanted to share some of the messages I’ve had off my clients over the last few weeks after their reiki sessions. 🫶🏼

I love that I get to meet so many new people and help each and everyone one of you on your own journey 🫶🏼✨

I was chatting to a friend today and I told him that biggest hurdle they will take is their first step to positive change. It really resonated because I truly believe taking one step out of your comfort zone can change the direction for the better.

If you’re looking to focus inwards and work on yourself I’m always happy to help.

I’m looking for some volunteers over the next week or so to offer up an hour of their time in exchange for some distance healing. This will be a free session and it doesn’t matter if you’ve never had Reiki before, but you must be willing to go with the flow. Please message me for more information. 🤍
