Kensington Community Care are a leading domiciliary care organisation providing care and support services for vulnerable adults across the city of Birmingham and Staffordshire.
Job Role
We are recruiting full time Home Care Assistants in your area to care for people who live in their own homes. Our client base is expanding rapidly, so there are plenty of hours available.
The role will include the following tasks:
Personal Care i.e. washing, bathing, toileting etc
Meal Preparation
Medication support
General Housekeeping
Record Keeping
Person Specification

Previous Experience and Training
If you do not have previous experience in care, then you are still able to apply for this position as we provide a free extensive training program for all successful applicants.
In addition to this, you will go through a period of shadowing with an experienced carer who will ensure that you can safely deliver the care required.
We also provide vocational training allowing you to gain qualifications in care whilst you work.
Full Valid UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle is required.
