Types of massage:

Sports massage - will help to recover and increase muscle performance, balance the psycho-emotional background.

Relaxing / Swedish massage - stress will fade into the background, and the pressure will return to normalisation.

Deep massage - works out deep, inner layers of muscles, helps to get rid of muscle clamps.

Lymphatic drainage massage - helps to fight oedoma, as it improves lymphot flow, and toxins are excreted several times faster.

Anti-cellulite massage - is aimed at combatting the hated "orange crust", swelling goes away, skin elasticity increases.

Couple year experience give me a lot of knowledge, how to find and fix our everyday muscles pain

Lot of people always keep away from activities, cause they don’t feel comfortable and know what gonna happened if will twist or jump to fast

Easiest way is stay behind and wait till everyone enjoy time together..

Have to stop this!
You or your husband or wife, father or mom, friends or workmates wish to do something but they always save for next time till it’s become to late!

Massage is not only relaxing after work, it’s actually way how to keep your body fit and healthy, everyone who do sports know, you can’t get your best score without looking after body
