🌿✨ SYSTEMIC THERAPY ✨🌿

At 💬 Truth Be Told Therapy, we believe healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in connection 🤝🏽💞

Systemic Therapy helps us look beyond the individual 👀 to see the patterns, relationships, and stories that shape how we love ❤️, communicate 🗣️, and respond 🌪️.

It’s not about blame ❌ — it’s about understanding the system 🧩 so real change can begin 🌈💫

💭 Relationships do take work — but not the kind you think.
It’s not about fixing your partner 🧩
It’s about understanding yourself within the relationship ❤️

When we get curious instead of critical, real connection begins 🌿
It’s not about finding the right person — it’s about becoming them 💫

💜 Recognising the Signs of Domestic Abuse 💜

Abuse isn’t always physical. It can be emotional, financial, sexual, or psychological.
Sometimes the signs are quiet — constant criticism, walking on eggshells, fear of upsetting them, or feeling isolated from friends and family.

🚩 Controlling behaviour
🚩 Financial control
🚩 Threats or intimidation
🚩 Belittling or constant put-downs
🚩 Isolation from support

If you constantly feel controlled, fearful, or trapped — that’s not love, it’s abuse.
You deserve safety, respect, and peace in all your relationships. 💜

Abuse can hide behind smiles and “I’m fine,” but you are not alone. Help is available.

🚩 If your relationship leaves you feeling controlled, unsafe, or silenced, that’s not love.

From childhood bonds to adult relationships, our attachment styles are shaped by early connections. Understanding these patterns helps us navigate and enrich our adult relationships. 💞

✨Let’s dive a little deeper into anxious & avoidant attachment ✨

Anxious attachment often shows up as a need for reassurance and a fear of being left. Avoidant attachment can look like pulling away or needing space when things get too close.

These patterns can feel like opposites, but they’re often two sides of the same coin: both are ways of protecting ourselves from the fear of rejection or abandonment.

The key? 🌱 Awareness. When you notice your patterns, you create space to respond differently — with compassion for yourself and your partner.

💬 Which attachment style do you resonate with most?

18/09/2025

✨ ✨What attachment style are you? ✨✨

The way we connect in relationships often stems from our attachment style:
💛 Secure – Comfortable with closeness and independence.
💔 Anxious – Craves reassurance and fears abandonment.
🛡 Avoidant – Values independence, but may struggle with intimacy.
💫 Fearful-Avoidant – Desires connection, yet fears getting hurt.

Becoming aware of your attachment style can help you build healthier, more fulfilling connections 💕👉 Which one resonates with you most? Drop it in the comments ⬇️
