🌿 🦜A Lovely morning Making Bird Treats 🌿🦜

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful morning getting creative and making homemade fat balls for the birds. It was lovely to see everyone getting involved, sharing laughs and enjoying the activity together.

The residents are looking forward to placing them out in the bird feeders and watching our feathered visitors enjoy their treats. Activities like these are a simple but meaningful way to connect with nature and create special moments together. 🦜🌿🏡💜

This wonderful recognition reflects the passion, care, and dedication our team puts into creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents every single day.

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our already outstanding dining offer, we’re also pleased to introduce our new Wine List in the dining room 🍷. This provides residents and guests with a wider selection of wines to complement our menus and elevate the overall dining experience even further.

We would also like to say a special thank you to our ambassador resident, Mr. Favier, who was a Corporate Development Director for Martini & Rossi, and kindly supported us in choosing the range of wines for our new wine list. 🍷✨

Anna Popa received a Metchley moment today for always decorating the home so beautifully, putting so much care and pride into making Metchley Manor feel warm and welcoming for everyone. 🏡💛

We’re delighted to welcome Nathan Sutton to Metchley Manor as our new Second Chef.

Nathan has worked as a chef in care for the past three years and brings with him a real passion for the sector. Originally from Essex, Nathan has been living in Birmingham for the past year and is enjoying being part of the community.

Nathan has shared that he loves working in care because of the opportunity to give back to others and the sense of satisfaction that comes from making a difference through food.

We’re really happy and very lucky to have Nathan as part of the Metchley Manor team.

There’s something very special about these little trips out. The laughter on the journey, the cosy tables, the smell of fresh coffee, and of course a slice of cake shared 🍰🧁

We took a little walk to today with our very special ladies of Metchley Manor.

Moments like these remind us that it’s often the simple pleasures that bring the biggest smiles. What better way to spend an afternoon than coffee, cake, and great company?☕️🎂🍰🏡
