Lioness Lab cropped, drawstring hoodies 🦁
Modelled by the beautiful — thank you šŸ’•

Lioness Lab was born from bringing women together, in circles like we have for centuries. In our power and our softness. In our shared strength and shared experiences. A reminder of our importance — like a pride of lionesses.

I drew the lioness myself. It mattered to me that she had fluttering lashes, a crown of hair, and a heart-shaped nose. A symbol of the feminine essence we recognise in each other. This jumper is a visual acknowledgement of that bond šŸ«¶šŸ¼
A smile, & joy when we see each other wearing our hoodies.

Available in olive green, baby pink, red, charcoal grey, navy blue, and black with a gold lioness. Oversized fit — wear loose or pull in with the drawstring for a cropped look.

Sizes: XS | S–M | L–XL

First Labyrinth Walk of 2026 at Hare Lane Labyrinth Gloucester UK.
There’s 2 Labyrinths side by side just between a car park and a few roads. Very urban, very understated, open to all, and somewhat ignored it felt.

The slightly larger one is 10m diameter with a tree proudly growing in the centre. A right handed Roman design installed in 1990.

Next to it an 8m diameter version that has 2 entrances one left handed, one right. Unusually with choices as to which path to take. Two people can walk as mirror images. Not one I’ve ever seen or walked before.

Some of the turns are very close, very short, they seemed to point to how quickly things can come and go. The longer edges gave a sense of time & a reminder not to rush.

They’re there & open all the time. If you’re ever nearby consider making a stop. I think they’d like to be shown more love šŸ«¶šŸ¼

Kings Heath Village Square Labyrinth 126.5m long & 12m diameter. A seven circuit left handed labyrinth open to anyone to walk.

Which I did today in the bright sunlight.

No one walked with me, but people were around & wished me happy new year. Pigeons stepped on & off and flew in a flock. One had a wire caught round its leg and two ladies spent over an hour coaxing it close enough with bird seed to help remove it.

Traffic on the high street moved along.

It focused my head & released it at the same time.

It’s set my course for 2025, for our new health club, and our first .with.us

Sat in the park being the responsible parent to my youngest who wants to hang out with her friends but I don’t trust the world enough to let her do that alone just yet. I’m sat a little way away on a bench listening to on the podcast. Of whom the aforementioned is said daughter’s favourite show (kind of sound like her now!)

It’s got me thinking about the introverted extrovert thing & being a highly sensitive person. About being happy & peaceful sat in my cat’s presence! About being a woman & all the daily expectations that come with that.

Then my really good true friends. The ones who take me as I am. However frequently or infrequently that is. It’s funny where your mind goes when you’re not ā€œdoing.ā€

It’s a mental world sometimes but the oddest moments on park benches bring such lovely grounding. There really is something in listening to other people’s experiences & being able to connect those with your own.

I’ll go home & organise my bookshelf because I’m sure the rest of the week will not work if I don’t deal with it today. It’s only been looking at me in its current disheveled state for the past 6mths. But today feels like the day.

Hope you get chance for a moment this week šŸ«¶šŸ¼

Release Receive Return

4 days out of normal life. Releasing the guilt of not teaching my classes, of not doing school run or cooking meals & setting the washing machine. Of not being physically present at home & with my safe people.

4 days of receiving confidence travelling alone. Of experiencing new places, only seeming to be able to recall Spanish words not French ones. Gaining knowledge & completing the course with wonderful people. Understanding my path. Walking the Labyrinth.
I don’t have to regulate other people’s emotions or expectations. We are all naturally creative, resourceful & whole.

After 4 days getting ready to return home & finally use my Labyrinth. Going back to move forward. The return path is the same as the path I took to get here but I’m not the same so neither is it. Space has been held.

This is the return from the secret garden where the Chartres Legacy Labyrinth lives. This is the door home. The Labyrinth it calls my name.

With gratitude to for it all.
