New Year, New Gym 💪😀

Hands up, who has said they're going to get fit, lose weight, and get healthy as their new years resolution?

most people will give up by the end of January, not because they don't want those things anymore... but because they can't do it by themselves, they need support.

Motivation vanishes when results are not seen, but New Oscott Village Gym is full of friendly, supportive members and staff. So if you feel like you need a smaller, less intimidating, more community focused gym... come and have a look around and see for yourselves 😀
